Citizen's Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Current proposed language (as of Jan 19,2002):
Amendment XXVIII

Section 1. No law shall extend a benefit to any corporate entity
operating in the United States unless that law also extends at least
the same benefit to all individual citizens of the United States.

Section 2. No law shall place a constraint upon a citizen of the
United States unless that law also places at least the same
constraint upon all corporate entities operating in the United
States.

Section 3. The Congress shall have the power and obligation to enforce
this article by appropriate legislation.
