Amendment XXVIII

Section 1. No benefit shall be extended to any corporate entity
operating in the United States unless that benefit is also extended to
all individual citizens of the United States.

Section 2. No constraint shall be placed upon a citizen of the United
States unless that constraint is also placed upon all corporate
entities operating in the United States.

Section 3. The Congress shall have the power and obligation to enforce
this article by appropriate legislation.
